What Causes Headache, Vomiting And Red Dots On Face?
This is too easy ... My son left school complaining about a head ach he has had since he woke up . He has been picked up from school and has small red dots on his face and has vomited before he lady school.. So small red dots on face - head ach - vomiting - 4 yr old

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum. History looks like chicken pox as he is having headache,vomiting and red dots on face.. He may or may not develop fever also. No need to worry much. IT will get over by ten days. You can give symptomatic treatment to him like tab-paracetamol for fever & headache, and any anti emetic for vomiting if its more that 3 times in a day.
