I am 54 years,164 cm height and weighing 61 kg. I have Sugar and BP complaint and using Glycomate 500 and Atten 50 one tablet each per day. Yesterday I have felt heavy head ache cold and loose motion and is continuing.Iam drinking boiled rice water and taking rest

It would take 2-3 days to settle.
Treatment involves plenty of oral fluids with electrolytes and paracetamol for headache or fever.
There is no need to take antibiotics as this condition is viral and is self limiting.
