What Causes Headache,dizziness And Stomach Pain?

I have had a headache since last night and it hadnt gone this morning. I took tablets and it has eased a little but still there. I also feel very dizzy and have a little pain i my stomach. Im not sure wether this is becuase I am nervus of getting ill. Does it sound like i have a stomach bug?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a neurological cause. It can be an abdominal migraine.

I suggest you to see a neurologist for a physical examination to rule out the cause.
