What Causes Headaches During Periods?

I am on my menstrual, and heads been hurting when I get up from laying down or sitting down, and I don t like the feeling of being really tired like I haven t gotten any sleep even tho I have got enough sleep past eight hours, what s going on with me? And my bladder near my belly button moves sometimes and hurts abit too, got test taken I ain t pregnant what is it?

Hi,

These are premenstrual symptoms and are quite common among young females. You can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Mefenemic acid for symptomatic relief. Generally it will settle by itself in couple of weeks and of symptoms persist, you can consult a GP and get evaluated. Wishing you good health.
