General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to Meniere's disease. I recommend using a medical treatment such as Meclizine to relieve the symptoms.

I also recommend reducing salt in the diet. If the symptoms continue I recommend you to see an ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
