What Causes Headaches With Heavy Nosebleeds?

Hi im england, my 11yr old son has the past 2 days been having regular heavy nosebleeds followed by terrible headaches, he has just woken to have another nosebleed and a headache so bad he is crippled in pain on bathroom floor awaiting doctor to call back but nhs slow can you help?

Nosebleed with headache can be worrisome. I advise you to visit the doctor urgently and neuro imaging should be done if needed.
