What Causes Headaches,dizziness And Nose Bleeding?

My 11 year old son recently has been complaining of feeling his stomach is turning, headaches, dizziness, and then his nose bleeds. He never does throw up but will complain like he feels his is about to then suddenly he feels dizzy, the headache comes and then most of the time but not always his nose will bleed. This is not normal for him so I am concerned. Any thoughts?

hi.sorry to hear about your sons condition.the headache with nose bleed at this age group needs complete blood evaluation and get his Blood pressure checked.do a head scan and consult a neurologist.hope you got answered and please do follow up for furthur enquries.good day
