What Causes Heart Burn Along With Pain In The Chest And Teeth?
I have symptoms such as heart burn, minor chest pain, pain in my teeth very often. They never progress to a heart attack, but could these be signs that I should be concerned with heart health? I should include that I am almost 60, have a family history of heart disease, and have recently been diagnosed with hypertension.

The chest discomfort issue is partly from underlying hypertension, gastritis and partly due to stress. Heartburn again goes to stress and gastritis.
In summary, maintenance of BP, dietary measures, avoidance of stress, the regular sound sleep of 8 hours will help a lot to recover.
