What Causes Heart Murmur In A Kid?

My 12 year old son passed out sitting at his desk in school today the teacher shook him several times and said it took him a minute to come to. His pulse was racing and his blood pressure was 132/73 he hasn't been sick he does have a grade 2 heart murmur and the last couple times at the doctor both his heart rate and blood pressure have been a little high

Any murmurs in pediatric age group have to carefully evaluated in depth.
Murmur with elevated blood pressure in this boy can have an underlying "Coarctation of aorta".
This can be evaluated through 2D-Echocardiography coupled with Angiography.
Treatment for such developmental lesions can be cured by surgical correction.
Drugs like beta blockers can control the blood pressure on temporary basis.
