What Causes Heart Palpitation And Tiredness When Thyroid Is Under Control?
My thyroid tsh a few years ago was 19.3 so they put me on Levothyroxine and kept checking my tsh so when it got down in the normal range they took me off of the medicine and it has stayed in the normal range. My last blood test it was 3.880 but I have heart palpitations and feel tired, could it still be my thyroid?

Hello, Welcome to HCM If your last blood test was conducted more than 3 weeks before,i would suggest you to repeat the thyroid function tests. If it is within normal limits,no need to worry.Otherwise, start your levothyroxine medications once again after consulting your doctor. Heart palpitations and tiredness occur due to many reasons. Most common reason being anaemia.So.i recommend you to check your Hemoglobin levels to rule out anaemia. Hope i have answered your query. Thank you
