What Causes Heart Palpitations After Taking Nexito And Trika?

I am 34 years old, under treatment of anxiety for the past 5 months, having two tablets Nexito and Trika, having palpitation regularly, my recent blood test results shows T3 - 67, T4 - 3.6, TSH - 5.16, FT3 - 3.1, FT4 - 0.86, is there any problem in my thyroid control, whether its is the reason for palpitation, feeling chest pain or uncomfortable regularly. ECG, Echo test and CT 7Slice Anjiyo test results are proves that no problem with heart. kindly advise.

Thanks for your question.
I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned please follow:-
1)Tell your doctor to increase thyroid medications by 25
2) check your Hemoglobin % if low take iron injections weekly 3 injections with 100 ml saline
3)Stop treatment for anxiety and depression ,once body hormone balanced no need of that medications at all.
