What Causes Heartburn, Right-sided Chest Pain And Fatigue While Having Constipation?
I am experiencing unusual constipation, periods of sweating, leg and arm cramps, and fatigue. These symptoms have replaced heartburn and pain in the right side of my chest which I was treating with milk just since I took a hard fall which seemed to tear muscles in my left leg. I can t sleep on my stomach; it makes breathing painful. I don t know what to do.

There's is not much relation with constipation. Probably you may be suffering from constipation which may lead to fullness of stomach lead to defecation. Get one ultrasound abdomen and chest x-ray done. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
