What Causes Heartburn With Breathlessness And Cough?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hey how are you
Last couple of days I have had trouble breathing and it feels like i have to cough somthing up. Feels like its in my lungs too. I also suffer from heartburn all the time and take zantacs everyday couple times a day. Could I have GERD? what do u think. I have feels kinda dizzy at time cause it hard to breathe sometime. I also dont smoke.
HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking a question your query being appreciated, of course it could be allergic condition but the symptoms of hyperacidity or the GERD can also cause the cough symptom so I would suggest to treat the GERD or hyperacidity first, and for that it is advisable to have Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 10 mg once in day, and it needs to be taken for six weeks at evening time only, you would be fine with this and if the symptoms of cough not being improved then antihistamine can be tried like Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, although underlying cause of cough is matter of concern and it should be taken into consideration hope this information helps.
