What Causes Heat Rashes On The Chest And Top Of The Breast?

hello....I have a rash on my chest and on top of my left breast. It looks like a small patch of eczema or heat rash. Sometimes it dries up and sometimes it appears. I have no sign of infection or anything viral. No swollen lymph nodes. No fevers, no diarrhea, no flu or cold like symptoms...I have headaches from time to time but not often. I'm always hot but only when the heat is on or when I'm active.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history and description, the possibilities of the rash could be a fungal infection, nummular eczema, seborrhoeic dermatitis or miliaria( heat rash).
Fungal infection can be cleared by applying 1% clotrimozole cream twice a day for 15 days.
Eczema and seborrhoeic dermatitis can be cleared using 1% hydrocortisone cream for 10-15 days.
If it is a heat rash, you could apply calamine lotion twice a day. Use loose fitting clothes and avoid extreme heat. Have cool water baths.
The exact treatment depends on the diagnosis.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
