What Causes Heaviness Below The Diaphragm After Having Food?

I Just wanted to know why i feel heaviness just below my diaphragm all the time after having food it increases & empty stomach its not there.
Sometimes it increases too much depending upon the food intake that it becomes very hard to breath also..
please suggest something

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Feeling heavy below the diaphragm particularly after food indicates that there is a diaphragmatic hernia as there is difficulty in breathing too.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
• X-ray of the abdomen in standing position particularly when in attack.
CT scan of the abdomen.

Once a proper diagnosis is done you may need a corrective surgery.
