Hello,

Sounds anxiety induced stomach upset with systemic manifestations. Constipation can be due to various reasons as lack of liquids, fiber intake, motility issues or so forth.

Knee pain can be an isolated coincidental event noticed with the above features and osteoarthritis or other conditions should be sorted out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
