What Causes Heaviness In Lower Leg?

I ve noticed the last day or so that my left lower leg feels like a bit heavy...and tingles a bit. I noticed that when I m walking it seems my step is heavier than my right...I can hear it, I thought I just wasn t picking my left foot up...walking a little lazy, but when I m trying to pull my toes up on my left foot my toes spread out a bit and I can t pull my toes up like I can with my right foot.....Very odd for me. I m 50 years old, weigh about 118 pounds, take good care of myself, I ve never had anything like this happen.

Hi
You need to have a doctor evaluate this and get an MRI scan of your lumbar spine because it's likely your have a ruptured disc in your back that is pressing on a nerve root
