the lower part of my tummy is very heavy and pulling just above the scar line....

* There are many causes of heaviness in lower stomach as gastritis - gastric
ulcer - duodenal ulcer - bacterial infections - narrowing of internal lumen
of gastric outlet or duodenum - pathology involving biliary system -
pancreas conditions , left lobe liver problems - systemic issues as diabetic
gastroparesis - others
* Query is halfway saying just above the scar line means ?
