What Causes Heavy And Thick Menstrual Flow?
Hello, I thought I started my period as it is that time of month and there was blood after I wiped yesterday. I used a tampon that was saturated when I removed it. Now blood is only coming out when I contract my pelvic muscles, urinate or defecate. It is thick and dark and almost looks like a clot on the toilet bowl. It is right red when I wipe though, just seems very heavy. Thank you so much.
