What Causes Heavy Bleeding After Spotting?

Hi my LMP was may 29, then i didn t have my period for june, then July 3 til July 14 had spotting after traveling 2hours from house to work, it stop during worktime, then July 15 till now have heavy period its like peeing diluted blood, went to obgyne then she said all are normal except thickened uterus, first time to experience this, I thought I am pregnant but negative in pt
