Hello,
The possibilities in this scenario are an inevitable abortion which has become complete, molar pregnancy, abnormal coagulation profiles and infection. Serial sonograms along with serial serum beta-hCG titres help to identify the pregnancy status. Now, your bleeding should be arrested with absolute bed rest, styptics, maintenance of hemodynamics and observation. If pregnancy is negative or if a viable pregnancy is detected, hormones can be given to improve the situation. Hope this helps.
