I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergoes USG scan and vaginal swab test to rule out above causes. retain products required surgery like D & C or extra dose of miaoprostol. infection is treated by the antibiotics course. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using v vaginal plus wash and wear pure cotton loose inner. take healthy diet and take proper rest. Hope this may help you
