Hi,

There are two possibilities. There might have been a break or irregularity in taking pills. Consult your doctor for further dosage of pills. If it's a Progesteron only pull. It has a possibility of side effect to have irregular periods. Please bear with it, continue taking pills as advised. Discuss with treating doctor if otherwise.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
