What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Clots?

Hi I have the mirena iud for about 3months which this is my third one. In June I was told I have a small fibroid on my uterus . My first day of my cycle was July16th yesterday July 23rd I started bleeding heavy and passing clots, with the same going on today.

hello user,heavy bleeding with clot can be due to fibroid or mirena iud..consult your gynecologist and do cbc and take ocpills if needed..
