What Causes Heavy Menses With Blood Clots?

hello had very bad pain during period went to bathroom had lots of blood and blood was a little darker than usual with big blood clots bigger than a quarter i also had this grey matter so i got it to investigate it was a thick tissue fill couldn t rip easily with fingers what happened to me??

Hi,

The thick tissues may be clotted blood as a result of heavy bleeding. As of now drink plenty of water and you can take drugs like tranexamic acid for symptomatic relief.
