Hello dear
I understand your concern
Heavy bleeding after the sex does not indicate the pregnancy.
Absence of the period is the definitive sign of the pregnancy.
So pregnancy is not possible in presence of the period.
Your heavy bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, polyp, cervix and uterine dysplasia.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, PAP smear/colposcopy.
Progesterone pill/shot and tranexamic acid will help to reduce the bleeding.
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with iron and folic acid supplements, drink plenty of water.
Hope this may help you
