What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Finishing A Period?

Twelve days ago I had my regular period, it was on time like always and lasted 6 days. A week ago today, I had bilateral hip fluoroscopy s done, now 2 days ago I started bleeding bright red blood and super heavy, it gets worse if im walking around. Ive been super constipated as well. Do you think I should be concerned?
