What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

I am 11 weeks pregnant with twin through IVF treatment & suddenly I bleed with big clot before three days. My dr. Had ultrasound & babies are OK but they advise me to take pause tab & naturogest dr 300. & Full beadrest , is it OK i am confused please advise.

some times it occurs during the pregnancy. it may be due to cyclical bleeding. some times due to progesterone deficiency. Follow the advise given by your doctor.
