What Causes Hematuria, Genital Area Spasms And Burning?

Hi I m a 44 year old healthy active young gal. I have been feeling on and off like a bladder infection coming on since July 2014. I went to my primary Dr. and did a urine test, no bacteria found. Symptoms are now with a bit of a burn. Tested a few months later and I have trace blood in urine and feel spams in my private area. I have seen a Urologist, did a Cystocopy all is clear bladder, kidneys, urethra all good. Still have trace blood, burn and spasm? I have no answers given, any leads you can give me?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i must assure you that i fully share your concern.
There's a condition called 'idiopathic hematuria', meaning no cause found for blood in urine. Before that diagnosis, person must have certain tests like :
1. blood routine,creatinine,sugar,coagulation profile,LFT.
2.CT-IVU.
After taking a second opinion, by another Urologist, and seeing all the reports,he'll be able to advise further treatment.
You're welcome to send a direct question to me,for an expert opinion.
