What Causes Hemorrhoids?

hi i had a hemrroidEctomy and now i have what the docs tell of are skin tags but they feel and hurt like hemrroids and i bleed EVERY time i go to the bathroom with blood clots so they seeds me to a gastrointerologist sorry if that's misspelled for a colondectomy

inflammation of rectum / anal canal - blood from colon - recurrence of
the hemorrhoids - other systemic issue as bleeding intestinal ulcer -
drugs induced etc .
* The diagnosis needs thorough history , physical examination of the
patient including proctoscopic evaluation , analysis of past surgery
documents , colonoscopy in selected cases as per clinician decisions .
