What Causes High BP During Pregnancy With History Of Miscarriages?
Morning doctor, I am 29 years old and weigh 103 kg. I am 29 weeks pregnant this is my fourth pregnancy but will be my first baby. I had a miscarrage on 6 weeks then I had twins born at 24 weeks due to incomppotent cervix but both past away after 2 weeks, again I lost a baby at 15 weeks due to incompetant cervix. I had a heigh abdominal stitch placed in by cecerean cection and am now 29 weeks 4 days pregnant I am just a little concerned I don t feel very well today a bit thick in the head I have a bp machine and my BP is 137/86 should I be concerned or is it not that heigh for me to warry about?

well first of all, you are overweight or obese to be frank...it increases chances of diseases in the future....so try to decrease your weight to some extent after your pregnancy gets over...
anyways, you had cervical incompetence and thats why you lost three pregnancies....it is very unfortunate...but after it was operated, you are doing fine this time...now, a bp of 137/86 is not alarming but it is of concern...i wont ask you to take any medicine immediately but monitor your blood pressure 1 hourly...if it does not come to lower limits or it increases, you should see your gynaecologist...
