What Causes High Blood Pressure With 160 Over 90?
hi doctor i am 38 years old, i am suffering hypertension since 4 years back.my bp always 160 over 90 . The doctor has prescribed me nebicard 2.5. i am doing yoga and pranayama everyday, but still my blood pressure is to much high, My mother has also high bp.

You take nebicard 2,5mg and you still have high blood pressure. It means Nebicard is not enough to normalize your blood pressure alone.
So I would advise you to see your doctor to increase your medication dosage or add another medication.
