What Causes High Creatinine And Blood Urea Levels In A 72 Year Old?

My mother who is 72 now had hardly been to doctor throughout her life except she suffered from rickket at about 4 years of age. She was very strong as we have seen. Has hardly taken any medicine in life. However, last 4 - 5 years while attending to my ailing father, she did not care a bit of her diet and health. After my fathers death, when we forced the frail bodied mother to a doctor and tests were conducted, it has been observed that she has haemoglobin level of 7.6, ESR 72, Serum uric acid of 10.1mg%, Blood Urea of 145mg% and Serum Creatinin of 3.03mg%.She has a small frame of 10 years back weight of 50 Kg and now 35kg.

Hello
All these signs mentioned in the query may be due to these possibilities ,these include:
1 Chronic renal failure , serum creatinine 3.03 ( Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound and MRI of both kidneys .
2 ANEMIA her hemoglobin level is very low and this will further aggravate the condition.
In my opinion consult at earliest to an UROLOGIST and get his opinion.
Weight reduction is also not good in this case, please take care.
Good luck.
