What Causes High Fever And Abdominal Pain While Passing Stools?

hi doctor. i am constantly getting temperature every single day. i have the temperature for 3 to 4 hrs a day then it goes away. what does it mean. i also suffer pains in my lower abdomen before passing a stool and when i am passing a stool i feel like pins are coming out of me.
