What Causes High Fever, Fast Breathing And Blood Shot Eyes?

Hi, my 2 year old girl has got a high temp, her feet & hand are really cold which usually means there is an infection. She has had calpol which isn't really bringing her temp down. Also her breathing is faster than normal & her eyes are slightly blood shot & watery. What do you suggest?

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . These all symptoms are due to fever . If paracetamol is not working then you can use Ibuprofen to lower down temperature, simultaneously do normal tap water sponging . If high fever is persistent inspite of this treatment , consult local doctor .Hope I have answered your query . For further questions please contact .
