What Causes High Heart Rate When Lying Down?

My heart is beating faster when I lay down to sleep, it reaches 85-90

BPM. I can hear it and make me tense. I check my BP its 128/70.

I am taking antiallergy tablets and using nose spray since 10 days ago. The strange thing is my beating decreases when I am active.

Hi,

It is all the psychological condition that might be affecting the heartbeat, ideally, it has to be read by a physician. If you go on reading it on your own, it may create the panic and obviously increased the heartbeat.

If you do not have any symptoms then there is no need to read the pulse and pressure. If this ever creating a doubt then it has to be examined by a physician.

Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
