What Causes High Leukocytes In Urine?
I have really high leukocytes in y urine but I have no nitrates. I have a history of kidney failure and diseases, along with chronic U.T.I. infections that sometimes lead to septic shock. I took the test about 20 minutes ago and have severe flank pain......what should I do??

looks like you have a recurrent case of UTI. it is best if you follow-up with your doctor, preferably a urologist. further investigation using other diagnostic modalities will probably be of help along with the right antibiotic regimen.
