What Causes High Temperature And Urination Difficulty?

my husband is in hospital due to unable to urinate, he has been caviterised, and he is losing water and has a high temperature, he is not holding onto any fluid. He is dehydrated they have put him on a drip, but unable to figure out what is wrong, he has an infection and has drips with anti biotics since Saturday, but still no change.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He may have some urinary tract infection like infection in kidney, bladder or prostate. He should go for urine examination and blood examination. If he does not respond to treatment then he should go for culture and sensitivity testing. It will give exact idea to select antibiotics. Till that he should get intravenous saline to maintain hydration and paracetamol to control fever. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
