What Causes Hip Pain During Ejaculation?
I am 65 and have had, for some 30 years, a sharp pain in my left hip upon ejaculation. The pain builds during the rise of the ejaculate and peaks with actual ejaculation. While bearable, and fleeting, it nonetheless "spoils" the experience to a great degree. Ideas? No major health issues. No hernias, prostate problems, old accidents, nothing really.

Hi,
Based on your medical history it appears to be due to a nerve entrapment. I recommend that your visit a neurologist and ask him to order a full spine MRI. Other possibility is muscle spam. Discuss with your GP magnesium supplements it could help relaxing your muscles.
