What Causes Hives Whenever The Body Warms Up And Severe Fatigue?

Hi. I m a 20 year old male. I have severe fatigue and I get hives every time my body gets warm. I can t sweat because of it. Some days I am too tired to get up and do anything. I also dip about a tin per day. In March I got mono and the doctors told me that the hives might be from the mono and I should wait for the infection to clear, but if anything they are getting worse. Sometimes I also have cognitive issues. Any thoughts on the mono being 4 months ago and if it s really the likely problem?

Hi,

This might suggest a physical urticaria. Apart from avoiding the precipitating factors, we can take antihistamine like Levocetirizine to control this. Fatigue or tiredness can persist for few months after MONO, but we have to rule out coexistence of other conditions like anemia. Kindly discuss with your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
