What Causes Horrid Sulfur Smelling Stools With Gas?

why do I have horrid sulfur smelling stools the last 3-4 days, also reddish and in bits, gassy too? I eat lots of garden tomatoes, and a party 2 days ago had very fatty and meaty treats, along with sweet fatty stuff. Stong sulfur odor!!!!!Sorry, I thought this was free! Goodby.

Sulfur like strong smell may present in intestinal infection like celiac disease.

Giardiasis may cause sulfer or rotten egg like smell.
Giardiasis is intestinal infections. Diahorrea is present with bloting stomach and painful condition also.

More sulfer containing foods like cabbage, cauliflower,turnip,broccoli more amount of eating cause sulfer like gas .

In irritable bowel syndrom may present sulfer like gas and other abdominal problem.

Stool examination test is helpful for diagnosis.
Colonoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.
