Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. With the description of the symptoms you have given, it appears as though you are experiencing some vaginitis. This is perhaps the cause of the pain and bleeding during intercourse. However, temporary solution with one dose is not the solution. I would ask you to see a gynecologist for a proper clinical evaluation, get a cervical and vaginal swab, a pap smear and a colopscopy if needed, a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs and exclude any cysts and a urinalysis. For infection, a complete course is needed, with abstinence during the stage of active infection and avoidance of tampons. Hope this helps.
