What Causes Hot Flashes, Tiredness, Lack Of Appetite, Urge For Sweets And Anxiety?

I am having 76 years old and am having hot flushes, tiredness, lack of appetite, looking for sweets, feel anxious, not wanting to go out although I am awaiting a full hip replacement. I have stopped my pain killers as I feel they play with my mind, making me anxious. Could this be because my seretonin levels are low.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
