What Causes Hot Tingles In Upper Arms And Legs?

Please type your query here...hi i have had some low back pain for a few weeks which seems to be getting better. however i have started getting cold shivers down my spine, tops of legs and upper arms. these come and go throughtout the day. and for the last couple of days i was getting hot tingles in my upper arms and legs. when i get these they make me feel sick. my doctor said it sounds like anxiety as i worked myself up over my back. please tell me what you think. thank you. tracy (37)
