So this recently just happend me and my cousins are sitting down playing Yahtzee and I have both my legs to one side one on top of another and I put my leg straight and seen an indent that looked like a giant dimple and I though it was because it was te way I wa sitting time passed as I was up walking around an it s still there?? Sat back like I was for just a few seconds and boom another one shows up right next to it. I started getting freaked out and thought it was there because I was flexing my leg and no I left it loose and hanging and there there. So I pushed on it tried to run it out thinking it was a crap and I ended up making another dimple they are all in a row what the heck it going on!!!
I have studied your case with diligence. Indentation can be due to edema over leg. This can be dependent swelling due to long time sitting. Nothing to worry ,take proper rest.
