What Causes Humming And Vibrating Sensation On The Right Pelvic Region?

I m 22 and I would consider myself healthy. I try to eat right and exorcise a few times a week. I worked out last night and a few hours later I started to feel this humming or vibrating sensation in my right pelvic region. It feels like a cell phone is going off inside my body. Why is this?

Hello,

You mentioned that you have worked out last night and since then you have started feeling these symptoms.

If you are writing out on a daily basis the chances of you getting improper stretching and workout injuries are less.

If you are working out all of sudden and feeling such symptoms mostly it could be due to IMPROPER STRETCHING and even could be due to neurological disorders like NEUROMYOTONIA which is peripheral nerve hyperexcitability.

All of them need evaluation to confirm ..tests like EMG and NERVE CONDUCTION STUDIES needs to be done.

If the symptoms are due to this improper workout then don't worry else consult a neurologist.

TO CONCLUDE:

1) If you are regular work out guy and starts experience these kindly note your symptoms and get a neurologist consultation.
2) If it's happening due to your sudden workout without proper stretch then kindly take rest, apply ice packs, try to immobilize the area..and whenever you work out to do proper stretch.
