Hello!
Thank you for trusting HCM!
Hunger pangs or hunger pains, are caused by strong contractions of the stomach when it's empty. This uncomfortable sensation is often accompanied by hunger, or the desire to eat. Despite being called “hunger” pangs, these pains don't always indicate a true need to eat.
Numerous factors affect your feelings of hunger, including:
1) Hormones
2) Your environment
3) The quantity and quality of the food you eat
4) Lack of sleep
5)
Stress or anxiety
6) Your brain’s desire for a pleasant eating experience.
Avoid stress, eat green leafy vegetables with high content of water, avoid stress, avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid
smoking. Avoid caffeinated drinks. If symptoms persist, please consult your physician.
He will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care
