What Causes Hydronephrosis?

hello dr my wife suffered from Blood in urine,when we approach gynecolosist she ask us to Abdomen scan. the report shows RIGHT PUJ CALCULUS CAUSING MILD HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS. SIZE 2.5 CM. My dr suggested to remove by given IV Trip. Pl give your suggestion ?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your wife has stone in ureter. It is of 2.5 cm in size. Because of the stone there is dilatation of proximal part of ureter and accumulation of fluid. She need surgery for stone removal. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
