What Causes Illness, Sweating And Vomiting With Diarrhea?

i suddenly feel extremely ill, break into a sweat and get very hot and feel as if i will pass out. then i start vomiting and/or diarrhea, suddenly get very cold and then i am okay. this has happened about 1-2 times a year for twenty years and i have never had a clear diagnosis

What is your age? Are you Diabetic or hypertensive? Possible causes are viral gastroenteritis, viral fever, pneumonia, malaria or sepsis et cetera.
