as per your explanation i suggest to go for proper evaluation like mri scan or what ever your neuro doctor suggest. because we can not delay the treatment in this kind of cases. more delay means more damage internally. do not get panic but follow what ever is suggested by neuro doctor, later keep checking his blood pressure on a regular basis because maximum no of stroke cases are due to bp. and keep checking his other parameters like cholesterol, sugar and heart to be in a normal functional range. this tests can be done every 3 to 6 month and he should do regular exercise like walking, cycling etc. but in emergency always don t wait for stroke to settle on its own. do not forget to check blood pressure on a regular basis, imbalance and confusion are common symptoms after stroke since the brain tissues are affected but do not worry it can be treated and gradually it settles down.
